Given that the majority of our users do not have any FileMaker Pro experience, we appreciate the efforts you went through to automate many of our typical finds and sorts, as well as the production of many of our often-used reports. Our database has become the single repository of vital information on our contacts and sponsor companies, and it maintains a history of our relationships as well.

The new Filemaker system has made a huge difference in documenting our work in our children's Wraparound program. Our tracking and reporting has gotten much better, and we have good data security, which is really important to us. People learned to use it in a very short time.

I really appreciate your patience in learning what we do and your careful listening to what we need. Also, you've been tremendous about helping us understand what's under the hood, so we developed some Filemaker knowledge, too.

The system is wonderful; I just wish we had done it earlier.
