We've joined the 21st Century! We used to spend hours cross-referencing laboratory test data with field inspection reports. This now literally takes just a few minutes. Thanks to your efforts in streamlining our database we can now provide our clients with prompt, concise reporting from our concrete testing database. We will continue to call on you as we further develop this and other databases in the future.

The new Filemaker system has made a huge difference in documenting our work in our children's Wraparound program. Our tracking and reporting has gotten much better, and we have good data security, which is really important to us. People learned to use it in a very short time.

I really appreciate your patience in learning what we do and your careful listening to what we need. Also, you've been tremendous about helping us understand what's under the hood, so we developed some Filemaker knowledge, too.

The system is wonderful; I just wish we had done it earlier.
